Representation Summary:

One can only surmise that green spaces can even be considered for development is because it is cheaper and easier than really sorting out existing unsuitable housing and brown field sites. To put it starkly, it suits too many pockets to make the quick buck. I can see areas on the new Shaping Hastings Plan which exactly illustrate this. Green spaces should be kept as such locally. Planning too far ahead can be a danger. I would like to see any development along The Ridge vetoed e.g.
