Coombe Haven SSSI - was in a favourable condition at the last review.
§ The housing allocations in the western part of PFA3 may have an impact on the SSSI in respect of recreational disturbance.
§ The designated site is part of an area in which there are existing issues relating to flooding, tourism, recreation and sensitive habitats.
§ The site may also be sensitive to air quality and water issues.
