Representation Summary:
Marline Valley Woods SSSI-was in a favourable condition at the last review.
The employment allocations along the boundary between PFA 1 and 2 immediately adjoin the SSSI.
For site E02, the Assessment Summary suggests a full ecological survey will be required to determine what constraints exist.
The proximity of E02 and E03 suggest that consideration of the impact of the development on the SSSI would be appropriate.
This would be in tune with your amended policy of "Conserving and enhancing protected biodiversity... including Sites of Special Scientific Interest"
The site may also be sensitive to air quality and water issues
