B06 - Crystal Square & Western Road -who ever came up with this one! The Crystal Square car park is of vital importance to the central St Leonard's shopping area and must remain as a car park. The comments about the Adams & Jarrett warehouse are also reiterated. This is an ill-thought out proposal
and should be withdrawn.
