1) Layout
2) Unacceptable mass, density and overbearing aspect of individual blocks
3) No acknowledgement of Conservation Areas as heritage assets
4) Unacceptable level of architectural detail
5) Responsibility for landscaping and maintaining public open spaces is ignored.
6) Housing mix
7) Loss of aestablished trees
8) replacement trees are inadequate for setting.
9) reduced area of public open space
10) Reduced car parking
11) 'travel plan' to is not acceptable solution to traffic problems

This is an architecturally sensitive site and should be treated as such. 155 units is probably an overdevelopment.
