The inclusion of the figure 155 as possible net capacity is misleading and should be removed. This site was not in the Local Plan, and the only figure previously published was for 100+, in the first part of the Shaping Hastings consultation. You quote this number correctly in your table on page 112 of this document so it is a mystery as to why you feel it necessary to use the higher figure in the text
