Representation Summary:
I agree with earlier comments that the area of development should be limited and a considerable portion reallocated to South Saxons wetlands. The anthrax pit to the northwest edge of the site should be identified before any development takes place. Too much development will cause flooding either to the new build, and/or to existing properties as a result of interference with the operation of the floodplain
