Representation Summary:
I object to the demolition of the AlphA cafe and taxi building, the two of them make a charming and positive social contribution to the entrance into the architectural gem that is St Leonards. Behind is the site of the of the former railway social club. This could be profitably used as a play area for older children (with outdoor table tennis, basketball etc).
