Representation Summary:
This site is within the High Weald AONB. Although this was taken into account in allocating the site for development we would like to see tree planting incorporated into future developments. The green lane/public right of way across site E10 would be better integrated into the green infrastructure if access to the cemetery was possible opposite where it meets Ivyhouse Lane. Any development should take account of the need to retain the quiet and peaceful nature of the baby/children's cemetery. Access. The suggested wording should include mention of how additional traffic will be managed. Existing traffic causes difficulties.
