Representation Summary:
This site is extensively used by dog-walkers and regularly used for football by local youth groups, and is the only open space for local residents and children to use. It is also used by workers from Ashdown House during lunchtime breaks. It would be detrimental to the area to lose this amenity. Any development would also mean an increase in traffic, in both Harrow Lane and The Ridge.
