Representation Summary:
We see two principal opportunities to generate economic growth through the provision of new business space. These are:
- Hastings town centre, Priory Quarter - for new office employment
- The Enviro21 economic corridor
Within the Enviro21 development corridor, site NEOI offers an important employment development opportunity both because of its location and the ability to combine it with the adjoining site EOI
The location of site NEOI is particularly valuable because of its prominent frontage onto The Ridge. It is a gateway position which would be suitable for an occupier requiring a high visibility location with a prestige setting.
