Representation Summary:
Once again HBC are being asked/demanded to approve this massive overdevelopment of dwellings
totalling 155 with a completely inappropriate design for a jewel in the Crown of St. Leonards.
Not only have the transport problems not been addressed but by building huge blocks they will turn this regeneration opportunity into a ghetto which no-one will want to live or visit. James Burton's legacy will then be lost forever.
