Planning Focus areas 1(Little Ridge/Ashdown);4(St Helens) and 11(Hillcrest/Ore Valley). This is a possible approx 972 residential units.This does not include the current back garden developments etc being considered/in progress.If you lump these together with the current applications on The Ridge,that is a considerable number of extra cars.This will increase with the Link Road and my concerns are the amount of units being proposed with the continued approval for backgarden developments.Large areas of natural land are currently being considered which bring a huge amount of pleasure to the local residents.
