The volume of objection letters alone should indicate how totally incorrect this proposed development is for the site.
The orginal plan of 2006 was far more acceptable than what is now plannned.
What was promised by Tim Cookson in his letter to then MP Michael Foster in 2007 is the total opposite.
A gross over development in a conservation area. Another example of the planning department having no concern for either for a significant area of the borough. More happy to oblige the developer with what they want to build.
