Representation Summary:
The area's an oasis of natural beauty and tranquillity which is appreciated by local residents who often walk through this area. It's one of the only areas of woodland left on The Ridge and it's home to wildlife and greenery.
It will cause The Ridge to be even busier than it is currently and will increase the congestion greatly and there isn't any easy access to this plot of land.
Along with site A21 this is going to cause a total of 120 houses to be built in a small area and this will cause the area to be extremely over developed.
