155 units is far too many in an area already densely populated and would result in more traffic, parking problems and strain on existing infrastructure. More small flats in this area are not suitable or required - family housing is needed, with open space and trees. This application appears to be in contravention of article 5.9 in your policy on development in conservation areas, which calls for "a high standard of design and use of sensitively chosen material."
