Representation Summary:

This site is totally unsuitable for development due to access and egress issues on the Ridge, exisiting traffic volumes and over capacity. Peak time delays exist already which will be exacerbated by the Link Road joining more traffic to The Ridge and also more traffic from developments that already have planning permission at Hurst Court, Osborne House and Hastings Cottage plus this proposed development which The Ridge cannot accommodate.
There is a shortage of water in the South East and also flora/fauna/ecological issues including japanese knotweed making the site unsuitable for development.
