Representation Summary:
There has been gross overdevelopment along The Ridge in recent years which has led to a considerable reduction in the quality of life for the residents who live there, or nearby. The new Link Road will greatly increase traffic and further impinge on the quality of life.
Plot N04 is on what is arguably the most dangerous corner in Hasitngs, recognised by the police who mount speed checks there. Any plan to put a housing estate here, with access onto The Ridge, is impractical and dangerous both for users of the estate and for other users of The Ridge.
