Representation Summary:

This site should remain OUTSIDE the development boundary. It would be crazy to site such a large development here (80 units), particularly if Hurst Court is also developed.Apart from landscaping issues, it's near a dangerous road bend, and would add to an already increased traffic load on The Ridge due to the decision to construct the HBLR )Hastings-Bexhill Link Road).Also, more people= more pressure on infrastucture -health/education services etc. (already stretched in this area).
