This site should remain OUTSIDE the development boundary.The site should be retained for current/future recreational/environmental purposes. It's the only place near enough to take your kids (by foot) for a kickabout in this area, and is good for dog walkers, and wildlife. Like Holmhurst St Mary-landscaping issues,and such a huge development of 140 units would generate traffic/pollution in an area which will already see a massive increase in traffic because of the HBLR. Pressure on infrastructure. New school? More traffic? No more development wanted in this area:we've already lost loads of open space due to the Little Ridge development.
