Representation Summary:
This site should be OUTSIDE the development boundary. A huge development of 170 units would be disastrous in terms of loss of green space and generation of motor traffic in an area that will already see a huge increase in traffic because of the decision to construct the Hastings-Bexhill Link Road. More air pollution. Also, a huge amount of open space has already been lost in this area over the last 25 years due to the massive Little Ridge development: it's time to stop.
