Representation Summary:
For our business to continue we need the warehouse. To compete on pricing with the multiples we are being forced to buy stock in bulk, resulting in fewer, but larger numbers of products being delivered to us. Articulated lorry access remains critical.
In the difficult trading conditions of the last two years the number of customers using the car park has reduced (this may also be because the current free on-street parking is working very well).
