Representation Summary:
1. Extra children will need school places in classrooms all ready overfull.
2. delopment will require water supplies in an area currently subject to hose pipe bans.
3. Is it planned to include a GP surgery within the 80 buldings?
4. Access to the site will be from "the ridge" which is heavily used especially in the rush hours. Should the link road go ahead the ridge will become a similar blockage like Bexhill road. Further traffic from development will add to existing problems.
5. The site is brown belt and no more open areas like this should be lost.
