Representation Summary:
I support this brownfield site for housing development, preferably social housing.
As in 2004 on a regeneration scheme the then 1066 Housing Association decamped 28 families from the maisonettes in the Cheviots and 56 families from the Cotswold Close on false promises, the estate (Broomsgrove) was eventually taken over by Amicu Horizon Housing Association and the said land/sites were put up for sale twice and for auction twice. This land should be prioritised for immediate housing.
Can I suggest some housing urgency on the site B08 before it becomes a "Dale Farm."
Social housing destroyed and should be replaced urgently
