Representation Summary:
My immediate reaction is more traffic on the Ridge circa 120 cars.This is on top of the traffic that will emanate from the Hurst court development - which presumably will proceed first PLUS the traffic from the Bexhill Link road.However, I cannot be a NIMBY and after all Brown sites are developed I would not object to a development of say 40 houses with a "village green" area and a play area for youngsters -not available in the area - and it would save them crossing a busy road as long as the road access to the site is satisfactory
