It would well behove the council to read their borough ecologist's report from 1998 where he stated that no development should take place on this site - eleven pages of contra indications - but this report was never produced when this site came up for planning consideration in 2008 - the application for development was subsequently withdrawn and everyone thought the borough ecologist's recommendations that this site be incorporated into the local nature reserve had been undertaken.There are a many unexplained occurrences related to this site.An investigation is in order here.
