Sites B25 and B26 - Land behind Beaufort road, adjoining Alexandra Park
It would be, in my opinion, sheer lunacy to allow the building of residential homes on the land between Beaufort road and Alexandra Park in what is already an over concentrated area of populous. There is already a major problem in this road with parking, traffic flow and access for emergency services.
The owner of the land in question has demolished a property. This site is an eye sore and an extreme health hazard. Being both rat infested and asbestos, I am informed, present within the rubble.
