The current proposals for the site are wholly unsuitable and a gross overdevelopment. There are an oversupply of small flats, the building heights are not acceprtable. The cramped apartments do not comply with latest policies encouraging Lifetime Homes, whether for growing young families, old age or illness; or provide space for home offices or general work space. Suggest this area is suitable for low density housing or mixed use housing and commercial with no felling of trees and building heights sensitive to a conservation area.
