Representation Summary:
The dwelling densty is too high and may kead to the preservation of High density flats as well as increasing the traffic desnity of the Ridge which is already overstretched and is a vital road for accessing the hospital and getting from one side of town to the other. Traffic capacity will only increase if the link road goes ahead. Therefore suggest a net capacity of 70 dwellings with some green space retained.
