Representation Summary:
The current plans represent an over development of an important site in this unique conservation area. The buildings have been left vacant for many months and have suffered water ingress and vandalism.They remain vulnerable to arson and further damage.
Policy DG1 has been ignored by the planners and the proposals do not reflect the historic environment of this special area in St. Leonards.
