Representation Summary:
Yet again there is no indication of which type of residential development is proposed. Flats would only be appropriate if private amenity space was included in the design and adequate parking spaces in this busy area. Judging from the density of the proposals it would appear that even more flats are being proposed and this is not good at all.Hastings has more than its fair share of flats and some of these are not fit for purpose.Why can't developers be minded to build houses here? Is it always about profit?
