Representation Summary:
We have already witnessed the failure to attract business in the existing site off Queensway which was built right up to the SSSI - any further enrochment onto this land will be detrimental to the speial status of this site. These out of town commercial developments will be nothing more than white elephants whilst the land will be sacrificed for nothing. A shocking indicment of the lack of thought placed on the viability of these developments.
