Representation Summary:
This site is a valuable open space for local residents - the loss of this site is to be regretted - here again is a plan to take away a valuable amenity from this densely populated area. Any development on this site should be of a far smaller design thereby allowing local families to continue to enjoy this valuable amenity. The current suggestion to provide a zebra crossing on the Crowhurst Road is a seriously dangerous proposal. A far more acceptable crossing would be alongside the One Stop Shop thereby permitting safe access into the woodlands of Churchwood/Robasck Wood.
