You have also implied (5.7) that this is not the place to discuss density, but i have to disagree, in that Central St Leonards and Gensing in particular has such a high density that any increase in housing stock will have an adverse impact. Even with your redrawing of boundaries, it is possible by using densities published for super output areas to arrive at an estimated average density across Central St Leonards and Gensng area of 96ph, the closest is West Hill at 73ph, followed by Maze Hill and Burton's St Leonards at 59.5ph.
