Representation Summary:

To arbitrarily impose a new set of boundaries gives rise to suspicion that there is a desire to cloud the issues at hand by making direct comparisons between your proposals and any other statistic relating to the town impossible. Your figures are unverifiable and unquantifiable in relation to previous figures, or future ones using Ward or super output area statistics.

You have also implied (5.7) that this is not the place to discuss density, but i have to disagree, in that Central St Leonards and Gensing in particular has such a high density that any increase in housing stock will have an adverse impact. Even with your redrawing of boundaries, it is possible by using densities published for super output areas to arrive at an estimated average density across Central St Leonards and Gensng area of 96ph, the closest is West Hill at 73ph, followed by Maze Hill and Burton's St Leonards at 59.5ph.

The proposed Planning Focus Areas make no sense. Why not stick to existing S.O.A. areas.
