Replace with: A strategic network of cycle and pedestrian routes has been identified, which will link communities with key services within the town including, employment, healthcare and education together with green infrastructure. This will be achieved in the plan period by a combination of development contributions being secured and public investment through the delivery of ESCC LTP to support the delivery of access to new development for walking and cycling.
