Representation Summary:

Cyclists should be made to stick to the routes, if provided, and observe the Highway Code on the roadway if not. The route on the prom messes up the area for pedestrians, but there is frequent use of the full width of the prom, or cycling on the A259; as well as on pavements, through red lights, and down one-way streets the wrong way.
