Representation Summary:
Seems adequate re water supply, however it avoids waste water drainage/treatment and surface water drainage issues. It is questioned whether the Core Strategy would be judged sound if HBC has not established, within reason ie. at strategic level rather than site-by-site, that:
a) sufficient waste water drainage/treatment capacity is available or will be provided in the right place and at the right time to accommodate the development it's planning; and
b)appropriate surface water drainage systems can be provided.
