Whilst generally supporting this objective, it fails to mention the benefits of equestranism and the provision of safe off road riding facilities. This could easily be achieved by considering equestrian use of some cycle/footpaths. Horse riding is an activity taken up by many people on a regular basis and is known to have positive impact on physical and mental well being.
