Representation Summary:
Given the need for affordable housing in the Borough there should be greater evidence as to how Hastings will pro-actively seek to deliver it, for example through joint working with stakeholders, the Housing Corporation & RSLs. The Core Strategy should set out a framework for driving change & delivering development needs & this is at odds with the first sentence of para 16.35.
