The Core Strategy also needs to mention other key policy documents & their relevance. In particular, Waste Local Plan, Saved Minerals Local Plan & the emerging Waste & Minerals Development Framework must be taken into account in developing the Core Strategy & other aspects of LDF, as well as RPG9 & its approved alterations as the statutory RSS. It is also important to establish that it is only the saved Structure Plan Policies that remain in force.
