The Core Strategy needs to clarify that it aims to conform with SE Plan - not simply be informed by it - & explain that when finally approved the SE Plans's provisions may require the Core Strategy to be amended to maintain conformity. It would also be helpful for the Core Strategy to contain a brief explanation of the regional strategy's implications for Hastings.
