Representation Summary:
The final version of this policy in the Core Strategy should better reflect the partnership working between the County Council, Hastings Borough & Rother District Councils & Seaspace in assessing the LDF/LATS transport modelling. Considerable joint work has been undertaken to test development options & greater reference to the LDF/LATS transport modelling & its conclusions, including the sustainable transport measures, should be made in the final Core Strategy to explain its role in relation to the Strategy.
