Representation Summary:
The Strategic Greenway Project is special in that a unique partnership is planned with the Hastings College. A new college link is under development that creates an innovative Greenway connection between the Hastings Campus and Ore Campus. In addition to this utility and amenity objective, the college are interested in the College (Greenway) Link as a skills and training resource. This includes applied joinery woodworking metalwork electrical and graphics skills required to fabricate landscape fixtures and fittings; together with a training program in applied horticulture and landscape maintenance.
