Representation Summary:
The Hastings & Bexhill link road will act as a bypass for the town centre of Hastings. This will make it easier for poeple to go to Brighton & Ashford rather than come into Hastings. The councils implied it wants to maxmise the biodiversity in its green spaces so decides to build a road along the margin of the local SSSI. These 3 objectives are therefore at odds - (7, 10 &13)
