Representation Summary:
It would be good if all new homes could be installed with compost toilets or a system whereby bath water or other 'grey' water could be used to flush toilets. Gallons of water are wasted daily in flushing toilets.
The planning application procedure could be made much easier and more encouraging for those wanting to create sustainable energy systems in their homes. It would be good if incentives were given to people wanting to do this.
Sustainable energy suppliers such as eco-tricity and the phone co-op could be promoted more so that people are aware of sustainable ways of buying energy.
