Representation Summary:
Paragraph 3.4 of the Preferred Approaches consultation statement states that previous consultations have shown that many local people would like to see the town's future planning make more of its seaside location. Bourne Leisure strongly supports this view & subsequent statement.
As part of this approach, the company considers that a key element of the tourism strategy should be to promote a high quality & diverse accomodation base, based on both the improvement of existing accommodation & provision of new facilities.
