Representation Summary:
We have previously commented on the Environment & Sustainability objectives noting that they do not reflect the requirements of PPS9 or policy NRM4 of draft South East plan. Although we note the additon of wording 'which promote biodiversity' to the end of objective 11, the promotion & enhancement of biodiversity should be addressed as a specific Strategic Objective. This would also serve to unit wording & policy found throughout rest of document.
