Generally we found the Core Strategy to be an unnecessarily lengthy document with a large number of policies, many overlapping & much repetition. In many cases the accompanying text contains more detail than is necessary or expands excessively on the preferred policy it supports. We recommend some trimming & consolidation of both the policies & accompanying text.
