Cultural, leisure & tourism facilities that are likely to attract large numbers of visitors should in the first instance be clustered within the main town centre & should have good accessibility to the public transport network. This approach separates Hastings from the other district & local centres in the Borough & should therefore be specifically included in the overall strategy. Most points itemised on page 60 could apply to the other district & local centres & not distinctive to Hastings town centre
